Candidate should have experience in IT/Non IT Recruitment.
Preliminary screening/shortlisting the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
Discuss, negotiate& finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till the date of joining close follow ups.
Prepare a weekly Recruitment tracker and maintain a history of communication with all the applicants.-Strong sourcing skills is a must.
5 days a week.
